Awesome idea! I just had a read. Bummer about the toast. I know how you feel. I walked into the wreckers to get a car part and the guy was cooking toast. It nearly drove me mental! All I wanted was toast. I have been good, and haven't had it....but I have had too many wraps this week...purely because it helps me get over my need for bread, and my need to sink my teeth into something. Maybe the wraps would be good for you too??

haha soozy I too will be checking in on your blog to see how your going so now your being watched!! lol in a good way they hehe support! lol

I find its good to keep me focussed. and during the day i seem to look at chocolate if i go to the shops and think... hmm yeah but then i have to include it in my daily reflections lol and thats not good when everyone else is going to be reading it!! hehe it helps me lol

anyways hope you are all on track, cant wait for my TF supplies to get here, im getting a little bit impatient hehe

I have my journal too.

So how is everyone going?

I find that I weigh in on the scales at home, and then i weigh in on the TF scales and they are completley different, so I dont look at my home scales anymore

I didnt weigh in last week because I just couldnt, Im sick of only seeing smaller numbers so I am going to weigh this week instead, might give me the confidence boost I need.

Hi peeps!

Hope you are all going well. Don't forget to yell if you need the support. We all have those moments/minutes/hours/days/years!!!!! hehe.

I am happy that I had my first weigh in yesterday (at home) and I lost 2.8kg! YAY AND there was another 300g gone this morning, so I have now lost 3.1kg

I am also sitting here in a little mild agony, as I had a laxative in the early hours of this morning, as I haven't had much "movement" in the last couple of days. Hoping that might make a little difference too.

I had a good day yesterday....I just had a shake with banana in it, a munch bar, and dinner last night was some grilled lamb skewers and lots of steamed vegies. I had LOTS of water, so I was very proud, and I guess that the hard work paid off.

My partner has started to notice the slight loss......crazy I know.....but he thinks my tummy is getting smaller (THANK GOD!) and a little round my love handles as well. Woohhoo for supportive partners. (Might have to give him some deserved exercise hehehe).

Well, that is all from me. I'm in a happy losing place. I hope you all are too.

I'll join this group - I'm back for a second time! I lost around 20kg on TF last year and have kept it off, but still have plenty more to go and find the lolly jar at work way to tempting without anyone to hold me accountable!!! So a new start with challenges and reporting in it is

Hi Divachick,

I would like to be counted in on the challenges!!! it's my 2nd time on the diet but i am having much better results this time round.  I too have trouble having all that water and there are days when i want to eat everything is sight. I must admit i am doing better.

Anyways, i have around 30k to lose. Hope we can all support each other.

Well done Diva! I did my first weigh in on Monday and I lost 1.2kg and 8cm around my waist! My new pants fall down already!
