| Hi, Today is the day I had the guts to enter a Tony Ferguson Weightloss Centre. This day was a coming for a long time. I had previously done Tony Ferguson and lost 10 kilos but had a downfall mentally. I have been dealing with alot family issues but I feel that I am now stable enough to tackle my weight head on. I new it would not be easy to start again. The ladies at the centre were fantastic. I didn't want to jump on the scales cause I knew I have packed on the weight. But the ladies insisted and provided with the support I really needed. I am now too heavy for my little legs and I feel uncomfortable and rather round and heavy. I had the shake for breakfast, ate my apple for morning tea and then another shake at lunch. I have been drinking my required amount of water as I should. I will be honest, I am scared ~ and I don't want to fail. Thanks

| I was wondering the same about applying the graphs to the signature, I have tried doing them in word and excel and then paste but it does not paste the gridlines only the information. So if anyone has any ideas on how to apply them I would love to hear it. cheers

| Had an AWESOME weekend in Sydney. Went and saw a show, caught up with friends I hadn't seen in five years, did some good shopping... And of course I gained weight, but the way my ankles feel after the flight home yesterday I think some of it is there! I didn't stick strictly to program but I was reasonably sensible and had munch bars for breakfast both days, lots of fruit for snacks and succumbed to the lure of sushi a LOT. Carbs or no carbs, I still think if sushi is my biggest crime I'm doing ok Anyway, had to have a coffee this morning for the jetlag but I'm off to brew up my litre of green tea to start trying to flush all the fluid out!

| It's been a week of c hallenges. Today I had lunch at Parliament house (quiz night prize, would you believe) and I"m proud to say I had a salad entree, fish and veges for main, and fruit salad for dessert (scraped off the icecream and gave it to my friend). By the time I got home at 3pm I was peckish again. It was nice not to have that 'stuffed' feeling after a meal out!

| Kirsten your lunch at Parliment house sounds really nice! I had a "relaxed" week last week because it was my 23rd birthday. I weighed myself this wednesday to check out the damage and I was exactly the same as the week before! I was over the moon! I stuck to drinking water only and only had a few extra things. I felt really proud after a week off knowing I could make healthy choices myself! Back to it now hoping to lose a few more kg's before christmas...being that Im only 8kg above the minimum weight for my height my weightloss has obviously slowed down. Oh well stick to it I guess!
I'm going for 10kg loss in 10weeks- I DID IT! I lost 10kg in under 10weeks!Week 1- 2.8kg Loss Week 2- 2.2kg Loss Week 3- 800gm Loss Week 4- 1kg Loss Week 5- 1kg Loss Week 6- 800gm Loss Week 7- 1kg Loss Week 8- 1kg Loss- I did it...10.6kg lost in 8weeks! Week 9- 600gm Loss Week 10- 600gm Loss- I'm finally in the 60's! Week 11- 800gm Loss Week 12- No change- Week off for my birthday! Total Loss- 12.6kg

| I feel like I need a kick in the pants. Went out to a quiz night last night and had beer and of course all those snacks on the table...... I need a few weeks of 'pure' TF to get back on track but of course it's silly season and we are out a lot. Still having my munch bar and litre of green tea for breakfast every day tho, so at least I'm STARTING every day well. Part of me wants to say, ok, it's sill season, just be happy to plateau for a while, and then I realise that I wo uld have to apply that reasoning until mid January when we get back from holidays. I REALLY wanted to be able to say at Christmas "yes, actually, I've dropped 10kg this year" And I know I still have what is it? six weeks? so I should be able to manage that. Just have to find the motivation again. And stop drinking LOL. Not only do I eat crap when I drink - I'm knackered the next day Don't mind me, just going off to get out a big stick to whack myself with! LOL

| Hi Everyone!!! I am Rachel and I am 36yo. This is my second go at TF. I had started to have success first time round earlier this year. I had lost 10Kgs but then it all fell apart in May as my husband of nearly 15 years decided he did want to be married any more and so I feel into the trap of comfort eating, so not only did I put back on my 10Kgs I also added a few extra and I now weigh 101.9Kg. OMG I have never been over 100kg before in my life, I am horrified. This is why I am back!!! After 6 months of moping, misery and self pity I have finally picked myself off the floor and went back to TF last Saturday (14th Nov) and started again. This week is important for me to be the restart of my life as Thursday the 19th would have been my 15th Wedding Anniversary so I thought no better time to start again than this week. Out with the old and in with the new. Time to make this time of year a happier one than the misery I was dwelling on. I have three beautiful kids aged 10, 8 and 4 and I need to be healthy and happy for them as well as myself as I need to set the example for them. They need to see mum getting on with her life in different ways so that they can too. So here I go again, back on the programme and back on the forum for support and advice and also inspiration from all you men and women out there who are having success in their weight loss journeys. So far so good I started back on the shakes on Sunday and this is day 3 of my new life and have not slipped I only hope I can keep it up. First goal: Get under 100Kgs Second Goal: Lose first 5Kgs Wish me luck and good luck to everyone else on the programme, I look forward to hearing from you all!!!!! So glad that I am not the only one is this boat!! Rachel

Ok my turn guys! Not many males on here... I'll add one to the numbers! This is my second go at TF. I did it a couple of years ago, can't remember exactly when. The penny dropped at Xmas time last year when i tipped the scales at 107kg. Made it a New Yrs Resolution and all that. Managed by mid year to get down to about 92kg, so not a bad first half to the year. Did that not on this program, just solid commitment and lots of exercise. Then came the mid-year trip overseas! And it wasn't so much the food I ate over there, as I was doing loads of walking every single day, but the routine that was established when I came back. So basically, I got back on TF about a month ago at about 98kg with the goal of trying to get to a goal of 80 by Xmas and hopefully 75kg by the end of January! As at 15/10/2009 - lost 8.3kg in just under a month. On track for 80!
Look forward to chatting with you guys!
