I'm on day 2 of TF and have found for the last 2 days that i have been really emotional. I just keep bursting into tears! Is this a normal thing? I'm ready to give in already as i can't keep crying all the time. My eldest daughter (3) was very concered when she saw mummy crying and i can't really explain to her why i'm crying because i don't know either!

Hang in there! The first few days can be a struggle, you are going through detox and are probably feeling a bit flat which wouldn't help, but also big changes in your diet can play havoc with your hormones too, which might explain you feeling so emotional Just stick it out, I assure you by the end of the week you will be feeling fabulous!!

Hey there, Nikki is right, the first few days can be a struggle & everything that was normal is turned upside down. Stick with it, day 3 & 4 get so much easier & by the end of the week you will feel great. Give it some time, you are doing a wonderful thing for yourself.
