I gave it another go. And woohoo I can actually jog/run on a treadmill and not fall off.I have been walking for 10 mins at 5.5kph and then jogging at 7.5/8kph for 1 minute then walking at 5.5kph for 5 mins. Then running and walking until the 30 mins is up. It really gets my heart going.
I started running at 7.5kph but over the week stepped it up a bit.
I am so proud of myself that I can do this. I have not run/jogged for oh lets just say 25 years. hehehe
My aim is to do it at least 4 times a week. It's amazing that the 30 mins seems to go so fats because it is broken up into smaller sections.

v In 42 weeks (14/10/08 – 24/8/09) TOTAL WEIGHT LOST 40.5 KILOS!
v I started at 110.4 kilos and dropped to 70 kgs.
v My waist measurement dropped from 98 cm to 74cm. 24CM LOST!
v I started out as a size 18/20 top & 22/24 bottom. I am now a size 10-12.
v My BMI was 39.2 which was obese. I am now in a healthy weight range.
