well i am on day 2 of my TF diet!

i went shopping with a girlfriend today and while we were out i spotted a sumo salad!!!

i ordered the TF salad. (not knowing what was in it) and OMG it was delicious!!!!!

BUT

it had grilled chicken in it! i had this after my shake for lunch!

does that mean i have used up my "dinner" protein?

should i just stick to vegies tonight for dinner?

MY GOAL!!!

Starting weight - 90.8kgs on 24/08/09
