| Hi girls Thanks for the encouragement. Princessleia sounds like that detox really agreed with you! It's definately nice to lose a few kgs but as you said a detox is all about cleansing and, well, detoxing - like a spring clean I'm not taking any weird tablets or supplements. I do already take Fish Oil but that's all. Infact I hate supplements and supplementary foods (probably why I struggle on shakes...shakes aren't food to me) and really believe you can get everything you need from the foods available to us. Day 3 Breakfast - Warm water and lemon juice / muesli, small banana and a blob of natural yoghurt Lunch - Salad with Sesame Dressing I made with crushed sesame seeds, olive oil and a dash of balsamic - quite yum! 1/3 rockmelon yummo loving all this fruit! Dinner will be - I've made a vege bake with pumpkin, feta, courgettes sprinkled with seeds Had a weird fruit today Cherimoya -quite yum really, but a pain to eat as loads of big seeds... the perfect diet really took me over half hour to eat the damn thing lol Not enough water today but I still have time to get a few glasses in. Im having plenty of fluid in my foods so it shouldn't be too bad. Picking up my juicer tomorrow... yay.... go the cucumer juices
147.8 - GAWD HOW DID I GET HERE!!! 142 - no prize should never have weighed this much! 137 - back in the game, get nails done 132 - new clothing item 127 - hair highlights 122 - wardrobe cleanout ALOT of clothes I haven't been able to wear for 5years or more . . GOAL 95kg (size 16/18) - a healthier, happier painfree sandradeee Overall Weightloss Ticker

| Sounds like you doing great San! I like the sound of the detox diet. Might look into doing it myself after the Halloween Challenge in time for summer providing I keep on track. If I fall off I might do it earlier. Glad its working for you Eve ox

| Only 6 days to go... wow I could probably eat this way for the majority anyway. Feeling SO alive for the first time in a long while. Hmmmm, what will I do with all this energy!? Although in saying that I'm alive during the day and ready for bed around 9.30/10pm. Not exactly party animal extraordinaire lol. Really feel great for all the good vege's and fruit in my bod and must say it's a great change to not feel 'on a diet', to not have to weigh or measure anything or read a label. Maybe I'll add pure proteins meat and/or seafood after the 10 days are over and just stick with the general rule of nothing manmade wherever possible. I don't think I could go back to eating so much crap (she says so defiantly - remind me of this one day won't you lol) Such a great way of eating! Princessleia thanks for your support, you really are a Princess! te he :O)

lol Mrs M - what I'm doing is on the first post Officially it's the Tony Robbins 10 Day Challenge.Essentially eating 'nothing with a head' (vegetarian) and no sugar, coffee, alcohol. I'm feeling really good, was bordering on finding the nearest bridge to jump off and eating well has definately mad my mindset alot more smiley. Breakfast - Peppermint Tea, 2 plums (was running late!) Lunch - Green Salad with mushrooms, capsicum, cucumber and sesame dressing Slice of pineapple Dinner - Prob a vege and tofu stir fry tonight. Will wait for the full 10 days to finish before reporting fully, but let's just say the scales are happy and so am I! Decaff Coffee, water or peppermint tea throughout the day

Hey San - I think I meant 'and' rather than 'but' because I had already read your first post and when I don't wear my glasses I cannot always read what I have typed..... Hope the gale force winds settle soon
Thanks for the blinkie Mally
