| well 2 days back on the wagon properly and I'm down 0.9kg. Now at my lowest weight so far. The green tea and munch bar breakfast seems to be working for me! I've also done a decent amount of exercise. Walked for 45 minutes each morning plus played netball on Monday - when you play defence and your team is losing it's a lot of running! LOL. I feel like I'm back in control again, which is good. I hated that feeling of it all sliding away from me

- SECOND GOAL: under 85KG - DONE 23/09/09
- THIRD GOAL: 10% of body weight loss = 81.8

- GOAL: 10kg in 100 days - managed 7.1 kg in 100 days
GOAL RESET: 10kg lost by Christmas! - long term
- BMI under 25 - ie 73kg

| posting has been slack lately. Been up and down the last couple of weeks. Had my fabulous weekend in Sydney. Had to crack the whip again this week and now back to a total 8kg loss. Off to the craft fair today so I'm being very organised and taking a munch bar for lunch. Sausage sizzle at school tonight for a slide night so I think I'll actually eat early before we go there so I'm not hungry
