Offically back on TF: 21.09.09 You can ignore most of the last update below because I actually didn't start back on TF then....I am starting again as of tomorrow, 21st November.
I have put on about half the weight I lost at the beginning of the year just from being slack and lazy, eating whatever I wanted and not exercising regularly. Oh and we've not long moved house so that was a bit hectic! ARGH!! It definately pays to look after yourself.
The warmer weather is here and I love summer, so I am now commited again to losing all the weight. What ever made me lose my motivation earlier in the year has gone and I am now more determined than ever to lose all the weight! If all things go to plan I will have a picture of me in a bikini up here no later than the end of summer (and will actually look decent in it haha)!
Gonna weigh-in in the morning and get back on track!
RESTARTING ON TF: 12.08.09 Ok, so of course I didn't want to admit that I might have fallen off the wagon....but lets be honest here, I did!
I stopped with TF on the Easter long weekend in April and attempted to restart a couple of times. It is now almost half way through August and I am starting back up with it again tomorrow. I haven't been on the diet and I haven't really been paying attention to what I eat, so I am behaving no better than when I first started the diet in January. I have put on about 2 kg and way too many centimetres back onto my waist. I weighed in a couple of weeks ago (the results are in the table right at the bottom of this post) and I am going to go with that as my start weight for this time around. If I don't go back on the diet properly I am not going to get motivated enough to lose the weight any other way.
I will keep you updated! To start with, here are my beginning photos the second time around (this time in just my underwear to really make me do something - clothes hide a lot!!!)

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN IN JANUARY: 07.01.09 This is THE photo that really made me do something about my increasing weight. It was taken on 20.12.08 at a family Christmas gathering. The second I saw it I knew it was definately time to stop putting off doing something serious about my weight.
I have graduallyput on about 18 kgs over the last 2 years - before that I wasn't happy with my weight. So I aim to lose around 20-25kgs (I'm not very tall).
I started TF on 4.01.09 - am 3 days in and feel great! I'll update you all soon!

UPDATE: 09.01.09 Another pic that is going to keep me motivated to lose weight - taken on Christmas Day 2008 (ewww...especially next to my skinny man hehehe - I will look a bit more like him soon)

UPDATE: 27.01.09 I've lost 5.1kg in 3 weeks - the photos below were taken on Australia Day. The first one isn't the best anglebut I think I can see a bit of a difference 
 
Update: 31.01.09 It's the end of my first 4 weeks on the program. I have lost 5.5kg and 6cm off my waist  Below is the original photo (taken about a fortnight before I started TF) and then one taken today in the same dress...I think I can see a bit of a difference...the top is looser around my bust area hehehe

Update: 25.02.09 Weighed in on 21.02.09 - lost1.3kg & 2cm off my waist. Brings the total to 7.8kg & 8cm off my waist!! Yay!!!

Update: 31.03.09 Latest weigh in I lost 0.9kg and 0.5cm off my waist. I am only 200 grams off losing 10kg!!! So that's a total of 9.8kg & 12cm off my waist - which also means I ampractically half way there 
I aim to get between 55& 60kg, so I am kind of on the down hill part of the diet (I hope). I've had a few bad weeks where I've either put on a bit of weight or i haven't lost very much andalthough they are disappointing I have gotten back on track and am continuing to see weightloss.
I have been exercising a bit- I started playing soccer this season, so I have been running around a couple of times a week - and am going to continue exercising so I can maintain the weightloss when I finish with the TFprogram.

UPDATE: 28.04.09 I haven't weighed in since 04.04.09, but will be weighing in again on 02.05.09 (my 23rd Birthday!!!). I have had a few weeks where I have let myself go a little bit , ie. not really sticking to the diet etc - not without any guilt however! This week Ihave gotten back into theswing of things and will weigh in on the 2nd of May...it will be interesting to see if I have put on any weight, or even better if I have still had a loss.
The photo below was takenat a party last Saturday. Not the best to show my size....I'll update again after the next weigh in when I know what I actually weigh again!

Wow you are looking fantastic.
I know how difficult it is to keep it off especially when you're so young and there's so many parties (and so much food and alcohol). You are looking fantastic, keep it up!!
