im on day 1 of a 4 wk training course with 'michelle hext from glow womens fitness', I hope that I can lose some weight on this program, although I will still be using the shakes occassionally and eating loads of TF stuff anyways. hoping to get to 59 and toned. Well here goes, have already been to the pilates and done treddie and drank loads of water.

well my food was fine today, drank loads of water and did 13 mins on the xtrainer and 28 mins on the treddie and 10 mins floor exercises, am now tired. had fish and vegies for dinner, now wanting to lye down and watch tv.

| hey maddysmum you look great, want to get rid of the tummy thats why im on this porgram, but am off to the kitchen now to make some tf waffles, they are way yummy. went to the gym today, did 10 mins bike, 17 mins treddie and 13 mins xtrainer, feeling tired, but have to go back to work. will do some weights this wk, am atad bit worried about them but it will be fine, once the head gets around it.

ok thurs, I didnt do any gymbo work at all, as i was looking for a new gym, semms the old one i wanted closed down in march. eeeeeek, not happy jan oh well will make do with the tafe one and persevere. but did 3 hrs of cleaning some old ladies house yesterdya, so that was something then. am off to take the dogs to the beach on sat morn.

ok joined the gym again - urrg not a fan, but its a cheaper version of the rest of them out there. Just parking sometimes sucks. ok did 25 mins treddie 10 mins on the xtrainer and 5 mins on the bike. the bike was terrible, wont go to that one again, another one this time. did 60 biceps curls - 4kilo each hand, will up the weights next wk. Did 60 back arm curls - 4 kilo each hand and also did 10 push ups and 60 tummmy crunches and a cool down. Came home and had a nice dinner of beef and carrotts and corn. just finishing my 4th water bottle. will walk poochies tmrw morn.

hey, sat and sunday went for a walk along the beach with the dogs. Today I did 17 mins on treddie, 13 mins on xtrainer and 10 mins on the bike and did some floor exercises. mgiht try and do a home pilates dvd tmrw, will see.

tuesday did 3 hours of house cleaning and that was my exercise for the day, wednesday took the lil poochies to the beach for walkies and that was it, today did 35 mins on the treddie and then did some floor exercises in there with some pilates and also 10 mins of weights. 5 kilos each hand.

ok so sat did no exercise, as i went to a cert4 training course for aged care, but did fast in the morning and for lunch for my church, now that was hard. sunday went for a walk with the doggies and then did some weights. mon did some weights and 25 mins on the treddie. today will do some home gym work.
