Hi,

My partner wants to take me out for an Indian dinner.  Any suggestions as to what to choose for a main... No rice of course!!!!

There are usually some vegetable dishes (spinach or other greens,peas, cauliflower,  and eggplant.

Tandoori chicken, its very tasty and does not have a sauce.

A word of advice is to call ahead and ask what they serve on the menu as a healthy alternative meal. I usually tell the resteraunt that I am on a program and ask what they can offer. If they are a good resteraunt, I am sure they can hep you out
