For the past two weeks I have been following TF on and off. My will power to resist treats has not been great!

Gladly, I am not beating myself up over this, instead owning it and trying to move on. I think remaining the same weight has helped in this matter.

I have bought a treadmill off ebay but we are yet to pick it up (this coming Saturday we get it). I think this will help me stay focused on the goal.

Just wanted to get my mishap out here and move on...
