Hey all,

Hope everyone is doing well with their weightloss. I am just wondering how many times people exercise per week and how many hours do you dedicate to it?

Thanks

Hi

Ive been on the program 4 months. when i first started i walked everyday for 1km on the treadmill, plus wii fit 2 days a week.. Now i walk 5 times a week for about 2 ks and wii fit when i can fit it in.. i was frightened of getting flabby when u start to loose weight and the excess skin as well , but i take omega , plus hair skin and nails supplements and rub stretch mark cream  into my skin everyday,, the program is designed for minimal exercise.. my opinion is  you need to tone up as you loose weight so exercise is essential for me.. hope this answers ur question

cheers

Hey....ive only been back on TF for a week but i have bee exercising for a few months... I do 3 - 4 days of exercise a week...usually comprises of something like 2 - 3 gym classes (pump & tai bo) then another couple of days of either hitting the treddy or going for a decent walk for an hour or so....

PLus in relation to the flabby skin issue I can reconemend pilates for toning its great...i used to do that 1 or 2 times a week but i need to lose some decent kg's before i go back to that .....

U dont have to do much to get started its all just developing a habit.

I started out just going for a walk 3 - 4 times a week for 45 mins or so then went from there....

GOOD LUCK

5-6 days every week.

I walk the dog first thing in the morning
Then I do any of the following for around two half hour sessions:
resistance bands
pilates/yoga mix
step on the wii fit (do this most days)
go for a half hour walk at lunch time

I workout 5 days a week (5 days on, 2 days off) We mainly do weights training because I really want to tone up. I also work as a waitress and spent 4-5days a week running up and down a massive ramp that goes from the restaurant up to the kitchen which I think is a massive workout...especially on a saturday night!

I'm going for 10kg loss in 10weeks- I DID IT! I lost 10kg in under 10weeks!

Week 1- 2.8kg Loss
Week 2- 2.2kg Loss
Week 3- 800gm Loss
Week 4- 1kg Loss
Week 5- 1kg Loss
Week 6- 800gm Loss
Week 7- 1kg Loss
Week 8- 1kg Loss- I did it...10.6kg lost in 8weeks!
Week 9- 600gm Loss
Week 10- 600gm Loss- I'm finally in the 60's!
Week 11- 800gm Loss

My goal is to do at least 40 mins per day. At the moment I am just walking the dog or using the treadmill. Once the weather gets warmer i mite try something else.

40 minutes is great. You can increase the length as you go
