hi guys,
I'm getting into my body pump classes. how often should I do a body pump class to start getting results? Is 3 times a week too much?
Also, should I expect not to lose weight this week due to increase muscle mass or does it not really matter?

according to les mills site and program guides to get the best results 2-3times, it will take months before you have any noticeable muscle toning and yes i would think you have either a plateu or a gain this week and possible the next week or two as your body gets used to the extra activity and your body accumulates lean muscle mass. its really best to talk to the instucter or gym about it yourself
