He's just - One Of THOSE!

You'll never change him and he'll never change.  It's either put up - which I think is a really BAD idea, or look for another job.  There are great bosses out there.  Check them out carefully in your next interviews...remember, and interview is a two way street.

Good luck out there

Nope! I think you have every right to be feeling the way you do!

He sounds like a complete *** to me!

My husband works for someone like that at the moment but luckily he is retiring soon.

Those types of people enjoy making everyone around them unhappy and once they have ruined everyones day they will then be happy for sure!

Besides, life is way too short to have to put up with that kind of treatment.  I'd start looking for a new job!

Decide whats reallly best for you and good luck!

Thanks everyone

Unfortunately no, I haven't handed in my 2 weeks notice, I really wanted to but talked it over with the parents and they said best to get my qualifications first so that way when I'm looking for another job I'll be more employable, whcih is good advice (as parents seem to have ) if only it wasnt such a poisonous environment!!!

New job as soon as qualifications are over
