Reading your note makes me feel better about my slip but I still dont get Y i had my slip and didnt have willpower to say no.

I need to just understand why i did this ?

Lets dust off and get back on track and well done on only having the small things instead of the large ones...

Thats a step in the right direction.

Im worried bout Grand Final day ... Not food but alcohol wise.

OMG its scaring me also tomorrow night is pizza night at my dads pre grand final day ...

So lots of challenges to be faced ...

Cheers Deniz xoxo

adorable blackcat you could make a TF pizza for yourself or Burritos :O)

JM TF Pizza with wraps

I spread some tomato paste on the wrap,

then put on onion,

sliced capsicum,

shredded ham (won't work for a vegetarian),

some olives,

some chopped herbs

and a tiny sprinkle of shredded cheese,

(you are allowed a small amount of parmesan occasionally-try shaved)

cook it for 10-15 minutes and yum,

I get to feel that I'm indulging. The cheese isn't really on programme, but it's my little indulgence. You could put on whatever allowed veges you wanted. Enjoy!

and from

My mum and I made home made pizza’s the other night for dinner using the TF wraps. We put a little tomato paste, red onion, capers, and a tiny sprinkle of cheese. Then baked them in the oven. When they were cooked, we topped them with smoked salmon and rocket. So so yum!! Will probably try them with cottage cheese or ricotta next time, to give the creamy effect, like sour cream. The bases stay pretty crispy, they don’t go soggy at all.

BURRITOS

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

2 cloves garlic crushed

1 medium onion diced

4 x 120g lean beef mince (females)

4 x 220g lean beef mince (males)

1 medium red capsicum diced

1 red chilli thinly sliced

2 medium tomatoes diced finely

1 Tablespoon tomato paste

1 cup salt reduced beef stock

8 large iceberg lettuce leaves washed and dried

1 avocado diced

4 Tablespoons tomato salsa

METHOD:

Heat oil in large pan or wok on high and add the garlic and onions and cook until soft.

Add the mince and stir until cooked and brown

Add the capsicum, chilli, ½ the tomato, tomato paste and stock, reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.

Spoon the mince mixture evenly into the lettuce cups and top with the remaining diced tomato, avocado and salsa...
