Does anyone own one? If so, how effective are they?

Personally I LOVE it! Hubby and I use it every day as part of our workout. U can do so much with it and it's adjustable for different strengths. U also get a book with it explaining all the different excercises u can do.

I guess its one of those things that alot of ppl buy and end up never using but if ur keen and comitted its definately worth it.

I'm going for 10kg loss in 10weeks- I DID IT! I lost 10kg in under 10weeks!

Week 1- 2.8kg Loss
Week 2- 2.2kg Loss
Week 3- 800gm Loss
Week 4- 1kg Loss
Week 5- 1kg Loss
Week 6- 800gm Loss
Week 7- 1kg Loss
Week 8- 1kg Loss- I did it...10.6kg lost in 8weeks!
Week 9- 600gm Loss
Week 10- 600gm Loss- I'm finally in the 60's!
Week 11- 800gm Loss
Week 12- No change- Week off for my birthday!

Total Loss- 12.6kg

OMG, i love chuck norris !!.. I think i saw one of these at bigW.. does it have his picture on the box? If so, then I saw it and took a picture of him.. Hes awesome !
