| I did the Billy Banks taebo boxing class they used to hold at the local gym a few times - it was an awesome workout. My sister has these and she loves them

| You will have to let us know what they are like when you get them and have a go. I just bought the Zumba package and it is a total blast - love it and so fast, you are sweating in minutes

i've tried them and thought they were great, but found it hard to use (in that we only have limited space near the tvs lol)
my friend recommended them to me, she lost 20kg quite easily by eating really healthy and doing the tae bo dvds each morning.

I have the Billy Blanks Tae Bo Fat Blasting Cardio. I put it on the other day and MAN I AM UNFIT!!!! i am using this twice a week so far and then using the treadmill on the other days.....
I was looking at buying the Zumba package cause it looked like lots of fun but when i saw the price of it thought i would wait till it comes down a bit...

| I have the billys bootcamp set - i havent got past the first dvd yet lol, but i do use it and alternate, i have a few here, they help with my co-ordination which i have discovered is really up the creek lol. I love zumba and core secrets, its really really good when you are so angry and you just have to burn off that energy. I use tracy anderson and pilates when i feel blah - and am in 'do i have to' moods as it doesnt feel like your doing much when you first start, and by the time you realise its working its too late i have also the p90x but its still in its wrapper sitting there with jullian micheals -- i know those are gonna hurt so i have to make sure i am ready for them (thats my excuse anyway) But i do try to do at least something each day I would be much happier going to a class, but there are absolutely none where i live and no one is even at the pool doing water aerobics
