Title says it all really, just wanting to know which foods on their menu (is it just the salads that we can have?) is suitable on TF?

| u should really read the contents on all of them.. all salad is good but u have to watch out 4 the dressings! sumo salad is great cause u can choose what u like in ur salad but make sure u pick tf friendly bits and pieces though! if u go to their website http://www.sumosalad.com/nutritionalinfo.html you'll b able to find a lot of helpful stuff maddi xx

There is a salad you can get that isnt in there menus, its called the Tony Ferguson Salad, its very nice, next time your there ask them about it.. Tell them your on the diet.

hi ange......i thought the same thing re: sumo salads...i go to greensborough shopping centre sometimes daily and i never knew there was a sumo salad store there ....i must of walked past it a hundred times lol.... der!!!...... well its only a tiny little place and was next to a boost juice place and i thought it was all the boost place!!.......there's got to be more around....hopefully one near you if you ever need one.....btw 30kg lost...WOW!! fantastic.....

Angie - there is one a Doncaster shoppingtown, one at QV in the city and another one in the arcade off Elizabeth between little Collins and Bourke - they are around they are just little and easily missed.
I LOVE the drilled chicken and mushroom salad - I have never checked but I am sure that it is ok.

| Well, i have never heard of sumo salad until i just opened the spring edition of the tf mag, and low and behold theres a full page advert right inside the front cover, and its got which ones you can have According to the mag, you can have teh bbq prawn, the vietnamese chicken & the chicken low gi sumo salads hope that helps
