Surely though people on maintenance could have them for a treat once in a while afterall maintenance is intergrating yourself back into normal eating so im sure once every now and then is fine especially after an exercise session  And a TF choc shake has 27.9g carb even higher than the lowest listed up there plus 202 calories so having a subway shake and a can of tuna for the protein wouldnt be much different especially as maintenance has more carbs etc to play around with

Lol fair enough Mally .. I wasnt thinking that way .. I noticed Angie had posted and was just letting her now she can indulge every now and again now she is on maintenance and its amazing that the carbs and cals are lower in some subway shakes than a TF one
