Been real slack with the shakes.....life has been hectic.........been on holidays........hope I haven't undone ALL the good work. Today I promised to get back on track........ At least I went for a walk along the beach......... Today I had a banana for breakfast, then a serve of jelly & custard at work (as it was the least worst damaging thing I could grab), came home and had a nice salad, with ham and some pineapple. After the walk is when it all came undone, I went to Bi-Lo. Kabana was on special so I got two, had one for afternoon tea. Also bought some chocolate milk for the kids (yeah right!) Grabbed frozen fish for dinner and had a nice big salad with cottage cheese so that was ok. Then there were left over potato wedges and as soon as I had them that was it for me, I knew I had crashed beyond saving so I finished off the other kabana so that now tomorrow I can restart with shakes and the plan properly!! Done and dusted. Fail to plan, plan to fail!!!

| 1st day of holidays at home and so far so good breakfast - chocolate shake morning tea - pineapple slices cut up with some flaked coconut early lunch - chicken shake late lunch - salad, cottage cheese, tin tuna dinner is something with chicken and veg - to be decided might go and throw some jelly in too It certainly pays to be prepared.
