just having a vent, i was slowly falling off the wagon about a week and a half ago and now im fully off it. im really struggling to get back on, however I know i have to because i'm getting married in less than six months in fiji and i really want to look fantastic for it.... im just venting but im really having a hard time....HELPPPP

 

Start weight 76.3kgs - Waist in cm 93

Week One weigh in -  loss of 800grams - waist in cm 85 (loss of 8cm)

Week Two weigh in - loss of 1.5kg - waist in cm 81 (loss of 4cm)

Week Three Weigh in - Loss of 200g - waist in cm 81cm (no loss) (naughty week back on track week 4)

Week Four Weigh In - loss of 700g - waist in cm 81cm (no loss)

Week Five Weigh In - loss of 700g - waist in cm 83cm (TTOM)

Week Six weigh in - loss of 600g - waist in cm 81

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS AFTER 6 WEEKS - 4.5kgs - LOSS OF CM OFF WAIST 12CM

2 week break

weight in on restart - 09/10/09 72kgs, gain of 200g - waist in cm 81cm

Restart week 1 - 16/10/09 - loss of 1.4kgs and 0.5cms off waist...yippee....cracker week!! (total loss 5.7kgs)

Restart - 08/02/10 70.4kg's

Its ok hun, you just need to get your motivation back. Think of the lovely bride yu will be and the wonderful time you will have on yur honeymoon.

Its a matter of wanting it and wanting it BAD. If you want to achieve this, then set aside the volnerability, and jump back on. Be strong, avoid the nasties and stay on track.

This will work as I am living proof. Try your hardest to stay focused and stick to it 100%. You wont regret it. If you feel an urge again to indulge, then jump on here for advice. Drink water...HEAPS OF IT, or cut up pieces of allowed vegetables. They will fill you up. trust me.

Try not to stress about it too much, I know this is hard but it isn't going to help. Jump back on the wagon and forget about it. I too am getting married in 6 months and want to look my best but this is not the only reason I am doing it. I just want to be healthy. You need to want it bad. Good luck and we are here if you need us

hi,

you will be a beautiful bride!!

Maybe set yourself up some small goals

And get hubby to be in on a fitness program with u,

even if its just walking a couple of nights a week!!

Also start planinng your meals in advance, get a diet diary

Also "think positive"!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!

And we are all here for u!!
