I've been off the diet for about 6 months now. I was doing really well until I got really sick with pnemonia etc. After I slowly got better I just somehow didn't feel up to doing the diet. THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!! I promised myself that I have to get back on T.F and get into a size 14 for now at least, anything under that would be amazing. I'm struggling abit and money is tight so I'm just trying to cut out any fat foods and mostly fruit and vege and lots of water. My neice has also just joined T.F and we are hoping we can both get skinny together and go on a Cruise after Christmas. I am hopin and wishing that I can do it, I'm so sick of being fat

Started BACK!! TF Wednesday 14TH October 2009 Starting weight 107.7kgs

1st Week - 4 kg Loss - determined this time to do it right and finish it to the end!!
Nothing but salads, white meat and lots of water , along with 1 hour walk and half hour work out each day, 5 days a week

Started TF Wednesday 5th November 2008 Starting weight 119kgs

1st Week - 3kgs plus 2CMS Loss
2nd Week - 1KG Loss
3rd Week - 1.2 kg Loss
4th Week - 600 grams and 1cm Loss bring on next weigh in
5th Week - 1.5 Kg Loss That's what I'm talking bout!!
6th Week - .5 Kg Loss, getting there slowly
7th Week - 2kg Loss - I've Reached My First Goal
Christmas Break - Only naughty a teeny bit
9th Week - .5kg Loss- Stoked after Xmas Break

First mini Goal is to reach 10kgs before Christmas - New hair cut, colour and foils

Second Mini Goal - To Lose 20kgs in total before Easter - Will shout myself some new clothes

yahoo I lost 4kgs the first week, I'm so excited and can't wait to weigh in again this week. I'm walking an hour everyday and doing half hour of weights plus having lots of water, salad and white meat, fruit, no snacks, just the shakes. If I can lose at least 2 kgs this week, I know that this has all been worth it and I"m going to make sure to finish it this time!! Goal weight here I come
