Ok sad result at weight in, they said I had gained 1.5kg.  If thats what exercise does...well! Anyway, I weighed my shoes before weighin and they weighed 600g, but they didn't deduct that from my weight.  I had also had a coffee and about 400mL of water just prior to weigh in as well.  (Im grabbing at anything to get a better result, is that sad or what).

With all that being said, I did lose 3cm off my waist.  Staff were lovely, and did take time to talk to me about the fibre (which I already use) and my stubboness to take fluid tablets prescribed by my Dr.   Does anyone else on here take fluid tabs while on this diet?

On another note does anyone have a challenge for losing cm's instead of kilos? LOL

Good luck all with another week.

Me giving it another go!!! Thanks Mally

JW, I wish you luck on the new plan of attack, it'll probably work, anything to trick the mind and body is worth a try.

I weighed myself this morning and was pleasantly surprised but wont make it a weigh in result as I weighed in at TF yesterday.

Strength and determination this week hopefully will get us all good results next time. Cheers.

Good Morning ladies

Gosh its been a hectic week, utter madness!!!!

Sydney was fantastic! I started off very badly (Nervous Nelly) but recovered after about 4 holes and settled into a reasonable score.....not a winner......but im not disappointed either. Considering the damage i'd done to my score card in those first 4 holes, i was in good standing when i left, there were still 70+ ladies to come off the course when i decided to leave about 4pm. I wasn't keen on sticking around for the peak hour traffic chaos. Id been up since 4.30am and was getting a little thin on exuberance

Was able to stay within the guidelines of my program as far as food, water & excercise up until the Macca's pit stop on the freeway for a "desperately" needed latte & the obligatory mini caramel slice But....in the grand scheme of things, it warrants a "pfft" i feel

My scales are remaining steady so far this week, i haven't had the massive fluctuations i normally get, so fingers crossed for another loss this week

for a more sedate, "normal" kind of week for the next one

First Goal=10% Loss

Hey Peeps

YUP Jenderella I realised that this morning - and I'm grateful it's all but over!

I've put on nearly 6kg ... WTF totally insane. Can't do this right now, at the moment I am totally addicted to foods, can't seem to get it right.  I know it's all in my head and my head says YES and my hands say who gives a....

Just need to give myself some priorities I think and get back in the zone.

Jen - Detox.... not unless you count the Oreo diet as detox.   I've found myself really drained this week. I have a busy weekend coming up, but the following one I'm going to take the phone off the hook and spend time with ME.

Dianasaur - no worries about a little insy gain - could be TOM or all kinds of things. Just make sure you get back on track and it will all even out.

Nikki - Happy Anniversary - Have a fabbo weekend away!

Suzi - Where the heck are ya girlfriend... hope all is well? x

Congrats to everyone who's lost weight and met their pledge.   I will update the front post if you post your results on Monday.  Seems very quiet in here, but I know you're all lurkin around reading this hehe

OMG even though I officially weigh the same as I did last Christmas!!!
I feel a New Years Resolution coming on

Big Bum Challenge - 129.8kg
Useless at Challenges Challenge - 136.8kg

November Challenge  - to be less than 136.8kg

Overall Weightloss Ticker
