hey all, im back, just a major malfunction with my puta and thanks to the wonderful telstra for stuffing up so many times and thanks to the melbourne cup for putting a puiblic hol in there as well, delaying it. I did get the ph back connected after a few bad storms here in melbs. But appartnly Telstra changed my account password and didnt tell me, so Ive been spending hrs in the puta room changing cords and reconfig stuff and going insane. If it wasnt for foxtel and buffy and angel and my lil sewing machine i would of gone crazy. Food wisae. things were ok for a few days and then I wnt stir crazy for 4 days, but brought myself back and atm................... am 63.9 kilos. Hope everyone is ok and will read through it all afterwards, got the man back from Singas he wont be going anywhere for prob 3 wks. will be having anice big xmas, with a few extras for chrissy dinner, cant wait.

Ok this challenge finishes Monday right...and I pledged 5 kg...I think I have GAINED 5kg...I'm too scared to get on the scales but my clothes feel tight!
My visitors have left after spending the last 3 weeks here...and of course I've been wining and dining them...so now is my time...time for me ...starting detox 2morrow, then hopefully Monday there will be a new challenge...one I can apply myself to, set some new goals and some diet and exercise strategies
So what is our new challenge??

Hope everyone does better than me!SheriLou - we've had some punters do REALLY WELL, nfortunately I'm with you in that I've gained around 5-6kg I'm not even looking... all I know is my scales say GET THE F OFF ME when I jump on .... it's not pretty. Good God where is my enthusiasm gone to, I just walked to the supermarket and I was out of puff - it's not far grrrrr. My body is saying what the heck is going on and my brain just says 'get lost'.... grrrrr Not sure that I'll do another challenge from here, it seems a weeee bit pointless right now.

Hey Everyone Suzi…Glad to see your back started to wonder were you’d gone..Darn computers great when there going… nightmare when there not Sheri Lou…3 weeks of visitors... that’s enough to make you put on 5kgs!,,, San…You’ll get your mojo back soon I’m sure nah never pointless doing a challenge… if all else fails your still thinking bout your weight even if its just a little…the minute I stop thinking there’s 20kg back on!…anywayz we’d all miss your invaluable input!! Well afm…have been flooded in for 24 hours…rivers have dropped now and roads are open…isn’t it amazing didn’t happen till I’d finished work for the week lol..oh well... Didn’t go for a walk today.. it was just too darn wet… Yesterday I started swapping my main meal to lunchtime and man have I been so full sort of in order... Yesterday.. Shake. Green tea Apple. Green tea Chicken salad (massive) Zucchini chips Cauliflower and leek soup Made banana muffins from shake with strawberries…green tea And my usual 2/3 litres of water throughout the day Well actually struggled to fit everything in (But I managed hehe) Today Shake. Green tea Nectarine Steak and vegies Zucchini chips Cauliflower soup Made choc muffins from shake with strawberries on the side…green tea Water Well haven’t felt like sneaking anything at all so will see how everything goes in a few days... | I am ultra useless at challenges... i start off all keen and post every 2 seconds and then i start to stray and cant keep up with it all. I have dumped my crap that many times and then promised to come back and do personals and then not done it. aaargh i suck. so iweighed myself yesterday (94.6kg) and then weighed myself today, 92.9kg. I'm taking today as my weighin!!!! tomorrow it will prolly be back up again! As of tomorrow (or monday) i am starting the 7day soup diet. i think we need another useless at challenges challenge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hopedfully others have faired better than i have in this challenge

hey eflow, dont worry about the challenges n you not losing weight, I suck at them also,I have seemed to be on 63-64ks for awhile now and am just sailing away, have a few steps forward, few steps back, yadda, yadda and so on. One day Ill get to where im going, but at the moment am just cruising on slow.Its 6 wks til christmas and maybe just maybe ill lose 1-2 kilos before that and then stuff it all up on chrissyyn boxin day. Hey life wasnt meant to be easy........... saying that, we are off to ackland st today for lunhc, hmmmm with all those nice cakes n stuff, well............Ill try and be good. Have a great sunday all.

| Hi Peeps! ***Don't forget to post or PM me with your final weigh in. I'll update until Wednesday and then I'm gone from this challenge.... it's jinxed! I am shocked to report, I have gained 7kgs! I didn't even know that was possible in such a small time frame. Jen, hope you guys are ok up there - typically being penned in at home. Why do those things never happen on a Monday morning (before you leave for work lol). Eflow - I'll join your November challenge. Gawd knows why really, I'm the same weight as I was last year this time, what a roller coaster..... not good. I'm not sure THINKING about weight is any good I think I preferred denial when I just grew and grew lol (kidding!). By the way, you don't have to 'do personals' - we often do I know, but sometimes we don't have the brain power/time effort. Don't put pressure on yourself hun, if you want to post post. There are no rules :O) PS - at least you are less than you were at the beginning of this challenge, that's better than a kick in the *** xx Suzi - hope you had a great day out at Auckland St (aaaw, I don't tink even we have an Auckland St haha). Well it was mums birthday today so I picked her up and we were going to go to the waterfront but it was a bit miserable so took her out to Clevedon countryside, we drove and drove and drove... poor mum. She calls it 'the scary will we ever get home' lunch lol. Took ages to find somewhere that was 'nice' and open, but eventually did. We both had steak sandwiches with onion marmalade and french fries with lashings of aioli on ciabata mmmm twas delish! Anyhooo none of my clothes fit everything is SNUG as a bug in a rug (and not in a good way!). I got rid of all my (15kg ago clothes) and I'm only like 7kg lighter now... grrrr. No one to blame but myself, and maybe my rotten emotions (and rotten ex boyfriends who drive me insane). I should have named this challlenge the See how much weight you can gain in a month challenge

| Hi Everyone Sorry I've been missing in action for a few days - crazy times at work and at home. Nice to see some familiar faces back on deck. I was doing very well on the 10 day detox - was loving how sparky I felt. And then bookclub struck ... a few too many wines were had, not to mention a few too many slices of pide ... and a square or two of Lindt dark ... grrr. Anyhoo, have spent the weekend trying to get my mojo back, but no success. Maybe tomorrow when the working week starts I'll be able to be disciplined again. I will post my weight on Weds - ack ... hope the scales will be friendly! Well, a few of us might have lived up to the name of this challenge and not done as well as we would've liked weight wise - but hey, we kept a nodding acquaintance with our weight loss goals, and we are all stars at supporting each other. I really enjoyed being part of this challenge - and thanks to everyone for all your encouragement during my highs and lows.
