Evening all

San..will send my weight through to you tomorrow..think I made a mistake when i first sent my pledge through to you in the beginning..it should have been 300g not 3 kgs..Damn typo error..see then tomorrow I'd of been able to say I made pledge Yay!...OH DEAR looks like ther'll be no yay from me  

Well back to the drawing board....300g pfft!

Wishful bookclub is definately my downfall too...have mine on this week and know I will be out of control...I so look forward to the night.. we all have a ball

Went ok today... but somewhere along the line this afternoon i put some bread into the toaster then topped it with vegemite...it all happened so fast ...anyway had to reasses my shake muffins tonight so only ended up having cauli soup for tea...hopefully that will work itself out...

Well I weighed in this morning and I am 123.6kg...started the challenge at 122.3     CRAP...that's what happens when I have a few sneaky drinks enjoying the Spring Carnival. Well if I'm eva gonna make it physically to the Melbourne Cup, rather than sitting on my bum veiwing it on the Telle i'd better get serious.

well thanks san for running this cahllenge, i can say i did nothing much in the way of hoping and helping myself to shed anything that was fat like. Actually think I gained 1 k instead of losing, so am not even going to post what I have weighed. Just to say I should of tried harder, but didnt, onto the next challeng ethen.......lol...  maybe theres a stupid, useless nothing to lose off the body but skin flakes challenge.

apparntly there is 6 wks left to the christmas food ferast and i was going to do a " Twas the diet before Christmas Cahllenge ", but  theres enough of them for th etime being, might let this one slip by.

eating too much crap today, will go and have some more and feel even worse than before.

On a good note, did manage to drag myself off to the gymbo and walked for 20 mins and then did flr exercises. well thats better than nothing.

I had a good day's eating today - not perfecto, but 1000% better than I have been doing. Small steps, right??
