I'm going out for lunch with my girlfriend today and I'm unsure what type of meal to choose. Any suggestions?

Hi there, maybe make this meal your protein one and have your shake etc for tea? I'd go for Protein source & salad (no chips!!) or a Caesar salad with no croutons etc. The main thing is to enjoy your meal out! Have a glass of wine etc as a treat too if you feel like it. Have a great day Smile
