Heya, a bit late in replying, but I have my birthday at Coyotes this weekend. I pre-ordered the chicken kebab (cajun) on the entree part with a side salad (no mango chilli salsa) but instead ordered a side of guacamole.

Best healthy put together I could think of, as far as what the restaurant offered. Hope that helps!

hope you found somewhere nice to go out in Welly?

Almost everywhere will have something that isn't 'bad'.  There's almost always protein/vege options.  I think the worst must be Indian as nearly everything is either deep fried and with rice hmmmm

I agree Sandra. I have been into making curry at home to cope.

Last night for flat dinner, my flatmate made chicken, cauliflower, ginger, garlic and a few carrots with curry powder and water. I had it with a Salad and only took 60g of chicken and made an egg on the side. It was FANTASTIC! really took away the curry craving! (The rest of the flatmates had rice to go with it, I had the salad).

She is doing so lovely with following my diet on flat dinner nights. Really great to have their support as well!
