I can't thank Tony and his Team enough!! After having 5 kids - a major car crash where a drunk driver speeding at almost 200kph hit us, major surgeries, chronic pain and putting on 40kgs, diagnosed with Barrets Oesophagitis from chronic reflux - at only 36 I felt like a very old woman!! I struggled from day to day just watching the clock for bed time again. I never slept through the night from so much pain. Every trick in the book I had tried every gimic, every diet- even Lap Band surgery. Dr's orders to lose weight!!
I feel fantastic! A combination of joining a gym, buying a bike and joining the thousands of happy Tony customers - I am finally feeling like a 336yrold mum with energy to boot!!
The program and the consultants are great! If you have a question - ASK IT!! If you have a problem - SAY IT!! If you have a success - SCREAM IT!! If you have a failure - Just try again.
Read the Tony Ferguson Mag - so many helpful hints, ideas and educational topics - it helps make it all clear and somehow makes it easier. My best lesson in the latest issue is - You will have more success at weight loss if you learn to have your "craving foods" and learn to value it - savour it in small quantities don't cut them out all together and deprive your self of every indulgence - just minimise quantity and maximize experience ;-)
Good luck everyone -

Great you're feeling so wonderful Tami!

I take it Lapband didn't work for you in the big picture?  I have a friend of a friend who has lost alot through lapband, but her actual diet is still atrocious so goodness knows what her insides are like on a diet of pizza/alcohol and burgers lol.   Insy portions of course....

Well done on your Tony Success
