| This is my first time eating out on tf it's so hard I hate it you can't have any dressings or sauces is it ok to have just a little of the sauces?I am always so strict on my tf journey and feel guilty for eating out grr what do I do any advise?

You can have some dressing or sauces, but it's usually better to ask for them on the side so you can control how much you put on your food-if you get a salad with dressing, it is quite likely to be drowned in dressing, whereas if it is on the side you can just put on a bit. Or a bit more if you feel like it! I guess that the important thing is to enjoy the meat and veges, and for the extras to just be, well, extra. A good restaurant will have no trouble making your dish a bit customised; if they can't do it hten they are not really that good.

I read as long as you stay away from creamy dressings..opt for something like a pepper sauce.
Just order meat and vegies or salad...remember your daily protein allowance and you should be fine.
