I have fallen off the program, I was dedicated for about 15 weeks and lost just over 15kg, but just lost all motivation and stopped doing the program, I have put about 3 kg back on and am disappointed in myself, so am going to give it another go!!!

Now that all the footy and car races are over, I have no excuse to give it another go, maybe christmas present to myself???

TOTAL LOST ... 40.6KGS YAY!!

*1st Goal is to get to 130kgs by the 5/3/2009!:

** 2nd goal is to be 120kgs by the mid JUNE 2009

*** 3rd goal is 115kgs by mid - August 2009

**** 4th goal is 110kgs by 28/9/ 2009

***** 5th goal is 105kgs by 23/11/2009

****** 6th goal is 100kgs by March 2010 

****** 7th Goal is 95kgs by May 2010

remind yourself of all the reasons you started this journey..

Maybe try the progress program for a few weeks so you can have a few treats and still lose weight..
