I married at Sonaisali resort and it was amazing! The hairdresser I had was named Phillipe and I looved my hair. He didnt have bobby pins for blonde hair though so I thought to bring my own. Just me and my hubby went, no guests, spent the morning kayaking, massages and pedicures. Wedding late afternoon on the beach, I arrived by boat with Fijian warriors and flower girls, to a Fijian choir, man those people can sing, it was beautiful along with drumming! Sunset pictures which are great and candle lit dinner on the beach with a beautiful vanilla wedding cake that we shared with all the other resort guests. Followed up with a 4 day sailing safari around the Yasawas staying on an island with no electricity and fished with another 3 days at a beautiful resort and hired a car to drive round the island.
Loved loved loved every second, you will too! Just dont expect anything to run on time as its all on Fiji time!!!

| ohh that sounds so lovely!! I have heard about "Fiji Time" hahaha thats why we are getting private transfers everywhere..we need to make things on time lol I really wanted to go to the yasawas, but figured it was too expensive, we are getting married on Vomo Island (Still a little exy) but then the day after the wedding moving out to another island. here's hoping to a relaxing amazing time!! not long to go now, we just picked the date everything has to happen in less than 6 months eeeeeek.
 Start weight 76.3kgs - Waist in cm 93 Week One weigh in - loss of 800grams - waist in cm 85 (loss of 8cm) Week Two weigh in - loss of 1.5kg - waist in cm 81 (loss of 4cm) Week Three Weigh in - Loss of 200g - waist in cm 81cm (no loss) (naughty week back on track week 4) Week Four Weigh In - loss of 700g - waist in cm 81cm (no loss) Week Five Weigh In - loss of 700g - waist in cm 83cm (TTOM) Week Six weigh in - loss of 600g - waist in cm 81 TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS AFTER 6 WEEKS - 4.5kgs - LOSS OF CM OFF WAIST 12CM 2 week break weight in on restart - 09/10/09 72kgs, gain of 200g - waist in cm 81cm Restart week 1 - 16/10/09 - loss of 1.4kgs and 0.5cms off waist...yippee....cracker week!! (total loss 5.7kgs)

Oh you'll love it. We had all private tranfers too........ um they all run on Fiji time tooo!!! Our private transfer from the airport left half an hour after all the other buses! LOL!! But you know what? It really doesnt matter if it doesnt run to time at all. the important thing is that you are there to get married. I also arranged all of mine in 6months it really is quite easy once its booked. I didnt even realise I had a choice of flowers or cake design and flavour until we arrived and had a meeting with the wedding co-ordinator. Then I wasnt prepared enough to make all those decisions at once LOL! Flowers were gorgeous (white orchids and red anthuriums) I also had some added to my hair. I just wish we could have bought my bouquet home.
One thing I would suggest is to be really specific about what photos you would like taken. Some of the poses they wanted us to do were a bit cheesy so we asked to some more natural ones and they were fine with that!
