I think I can handle what to eat...ill have a salad if there is one available but I am more concered about drink....I have no treats left for this week and there is free beer wine and soft drink....i dont drink beer or wine but the soft drink maybe a stumbling block. what are we allowed to drink in the way of soft drinks?

I have only started on weds and I really don't want to fall off the wagon!
