Hey ladies, you knew I had a wedding to go to on saturday night, It was a very big and busy weekend.. And I let loose, I drank alot of wine, champagne.. I havent drank since my wedding a year and a half ago.. So yeah I got very drunk !!.. embarassingly drunk lol.. And put on 2kg, I weighed myself today... oohhh.. thats bad.. But i didnt eat anything good for me.. LOL.. But what that does for me is realise how much I DONT miss eating like that.. I didnt feel good about myself, I felt like CRAP last night!!... I had ALOT less energy, and even had to nap yesterday afternoon!!.. Bad food is bad for me, and it makes me feel bad LOL.. So Im here to let you all know how bad my weekend was.. But heres a pic of me in my dress !!.. not THE dress, but a dress I bought from target ! My husband was a groomsman.. He is pulling the Strangest face.. he looks really weird LOL

 And a pic of me near the end of the night. lol.. I was havin a GREAT TIME.. lol

Lol... Glad you had a time to remember Rachy lol.... Seems like a good idea at the time doesn't it!

I've been having 'time of my life' lately and stacked on HEAPS of weight in 2 weeks - do I feel good. NOPE

Good lesson to us all :O)

Firstly glad to hear you had a good time.. We all need a break now and then.

Secondly you have not put on 2kg of fat. It takes 7000kj to gain 1kg - over and above what your body needs to operate (which for an average woman that is 165cm and weighs 70kg and does moderate exercise is around 6500kj a day).

Add both those figures together and that is a lot of kj to actually gain fat. THat is an extra 35000kj a week on top of what you normally eat. (and these are conservative figures).

I would suggest it is a lot of fluid from the bubbly and extra salt in the richer foods.

Drink lots of water, stick to the plan and the extra will be gone before you know it.

Hi ladies, Thanks jodes, abit confusing lol.. But Yeah i dont think I ate that much, I was actually not too bad on saturday.. sunday I was.... I got on the wii this morning and it says I lost 1.5kgs today.. So your right.. So wise!! YAY.. today is my normal weigh in day, but im going to give it til tomorrow to go in, an extra day.. lol
We had a great time
