Moutain Maiden - Yes i do know that TF has chocolate. . . I keep telling myself if im going to do this i wanna do it properly and fight the cravings. . . and i had the coffee flavour for my lunch today, got me thru the dreaded friday afternoon! I have been taking Chromium too and havnt had any cravings which is AWESOME

Ive decided I will have one treat a week, and it will be on the weekend. This week (only though ive only been on TF for 2 days) was a sample packed of chocolate pudding I got with my welcome pack which i recieved from TWC Galleria. I made it before starting dinner (pepper, garlic steak n veggies) and cooled it down and shared with  with my fiance over mixed berries. He thought it was delicious and wanted me to make more.

Have an enagagement party to attend next weekend, which is going to be a HUGE test!!! Ive offered to drive everyone that way I dont have to explain to every single person that askes why im not drinking that im on TF...I can just say in the driver =o)

Dont get my wrong, im not ashamed of being on TF but I dont want to be shut down by people that dont think it works. I think once its noticable that I have lost some weight then ill tell that its by being on the TF program and by working hard at the gym. . . . I managed to loose 16kg by working out and changing the way i eat, but i get to 102kg and can not move any more - ill eat less, work harder but no matter what i do i just cant get to the 90's!! So loose motivation and stop and stack it back on =o( Im hoping that TF gets me down to a managable weight without taking it too far, then ill have the energy and will be motivated to do it on my own again.

Welcome to the tf journey kerry

Whooo hooo kaylz, I dont know if i got more tired, but i know i started to sleep most of the night (something i never used to do before) and i slept soundly -- so perhaps a more contented sleep (if that makes sense)

I too fell off on saturday DOH - oktoberfest at Elmars!! Back on it and feeling good about myself and NO MORE FALLING OFF FOR ME!

I know what you mean about telling people about being on TF, my house mate has been so negative about it towards my partner and i. But you know what, i just ignore him and say well it's not you that's having to do it!! So keep your comments to yourself plus i think he is jealous that we are doing something about our weight (he needs to lose some too) and we are not being lazy....

Good luck xx

Good on ya girls, it does take a little while to get use to eating different foods, so dont dwell on falling off, you dusted yourselves off and your back on track which is the right thing to do

I havent told anyone here that i am on it - my teen girls know, but hubby doesnt as he works away - but everyone knows there are certain things i wont eat. Before i started tf, i had already started a few things, such as i wouldnt eat anything white and made changes and swapped things like pasta we wouldnt get the normal pasta i would get the soy pasta and the spinich spegetti etc and we discovered they were much nicer then the normal pasta anyway White bread disappeared and we went to multigrain or 9grain etc

Your house mate might think that your just drinking shakes and soups and might not realise your actually allowed to eat real food also (a misconception most people do have), so it might take a little bit for them to realise that thats not the case.

One thing you could do is make some things with your shakes and make your housemates mouth really water -- theres some fantastic ideas here http://forum.tonyferguson.com/Topic267644-10-1.aspx#top  If your really nice you might make your housemate one pack up into something, and let them eat it, and after its enjoyed, tell em that thats what the tf programme is (then if they want more, they can get their own shakes etc)

im loving TF!!! i love eating veggies and salad but just could never be bothered each night and they got boring, but now they are soooo tasty!!

I may also be loving TF sooo much right now because I lost 2.7kg this week (being my first week) im soooo excited, im telling everyone!!!!

IM SOOOOO EXCITED AND I JUST CANT HIDE IT!!

How is everyone else doing this week? All staying on track? I joined the 10kg loss before Christmas challange and if I keep dropping it like its hot, like now then ill be there in no time!!! might even aim for 15kg before christmas!!
