| Hi guys I have a whole lot (2.5kg) of seafood marinara i need to cook tonight but don't have a recipie and would love one which is TF friendly? Can anyone help me pretty please with a cherry on top?  Many thanks - Krissy xx

Hi,
When i make mine i just do oil, onion, garlic (sautee it on low heat), tins of tomatoes, tomato paste (not sure if allowed that) splash of either white or red wine, fresh basil and parsley, 1 cube of seafood/fish stock (can leave it out if you want), salt, pepper, and i love a bit of a bite to mine so i chop half a chilli (seeds taken out)...... Simmer for bout 30 min and then add your seafood bit by bit (which will take longer to cook to the least longest).

I do something similar, except I leave out the wine and put in a spoonful of natural greek yoghurt or lite ricotta which makes the sauce nice and creamy
