| How about Jelly snakes? They are really good! Jelly Snakes 1/2 cup hot water 1 packet diet jelly crystals 1 sachet (or 3 teaspoons powder) gelatine Make jelly and then add gelatine, pour onto a dinner plate. Allow to set and then cut into thin strips like snakes. Eat as many as you like as no carbs Recipe by soon2bskinny In my first couple of weeks I would have a whole container of these made up in the fridge (all different flavours) for when I felt I needed something sweet. Happy Losing Jen

Don't worry about the people in your past as there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future

| What about cutting up some veges - eg - cucumber and celery sticks - perhaps an avocado dip or swan dip or something similar. I often put a bowl of left over veges in the fridge (be stir fry or steamed) and munch on that through the day. Take advantage of the unlimited foods that you can eat also - loads of different ways to have them in the receipe section. Some sugarfree gum might come in handy also
