I just made notatoes for the first time and I tell you...OMG. absolutely yummy. The only thing is I put way to much garlic in it...I have heard everyone rave how great they are and I still never expected them to taste sooooo good. I had them with a TF meal beef stew. yummo.

yeah I finally got them to taste good and I ended up leaving out the garlic all together!  I couldn't stand the taste.  I just cooked the cauli, used my hand blender (you know the stick kind) and added the cream cheese, a dash of salt & pepper and that's it.  I'm going to add some green onion in next time.

MAIN GOAL - THIS IS THE LAST TIME!

I made notatoes the other night also. I only used one clove of garlic (but i love it!) and also used low fat sour cream instead of cream cheese (as I had none).

Bloody awesome!...i'd say nearly as good as the real thing too.

I made the Notatoes with a little squeeze of a tube of garlic. This is available in the greengrocery section of the supermarket with the herbs.  My other half likes it as a dip as well, just make it a bit thinner if you like.

Isn't strange how some people love Notatoes and others hate it. But then it goes for the Shakes as well, I can't stand the Choc Mint, tastes like toothpaste. Well we can't all be the same, can we?  It would be a boring life.
