I am in my 2nd week and yesterday we all went down the beach. As it was 35 degrees celcius I didnt think the shakes would be a great idea. So we decided to get some Fish& Chips as is the beachy thing to do. Well I also had a long lost cousin arrive in Perth that day so we all went out to tea at the new local curry house. Now I am so worried that my 2nd week weigh in is going to be too crash hot.

Is it all lost?

Hi , no its not all downhill from here, if you've been good since you started the diet then dont hold yourself over the coals, just start from where you left off, next time your planning to go to the beach take a munch bar instead and plenty of water, and a ball to throw around to take you mind of eating and the exercise doesnt hurt.....great for weight loss...good luck....

Madra.

That is great advice. It is never lost - we just pick ourselves up and start again. Planning is always key to any successful weightloss journey. Try having allowable vegetables to hand, lots of water, allowable fruits, etc. It isn't as enticing perhaps as fish 'n chips, but you will so reap the rewards.

Good luck with it all.

Oh thanks Ladies, I forgot about the munch bars. I'm due for my weigh in on Friday and I will get a few to keep in my cupboard for these occasions. Now that the weather has changed, I am more likely to have last minute outings.
