As I said, I don't know what happened, one day led to another, led to another, and I said to hubby that I would re start again today, but I haven't........feel miserable......need to get on with the program again!!!

And very cranky, have not received my magazine yet, and have rung the helpline and they have said 'been posted out' and are not interested in following it up for me, feel really let down adn deflated

Yep, Know how you feel. I was on top of the world last week, and then bam, I wanted chocolate. I ate chocolate, I didn't stop eating chocolate. Now I need to get on the treadmill which I am sitting next to. Lets get started again tomorrow, go to bed tonight knowing that we are going to succeed tomorrow, then when we have our great day we will not want to go back to the "Fallen off the wagon" forum site. WE CAN DO THIS!

Sorry to hear your having a hard time, is it your time of the month? (Sorry I shouldn't say that as I always shout at my husband when he says it!)  I always suffer at that time and feel really defeated.  If its not, the other things that affect me are tiredness and stress.  They always make me give up and reach for the fridge door!  If you can work out why you feel like this then it does help you in the future as you know the feelings will pass and you just have to hang on with gritted teeth!  I'm worse in the evenings and if it gets really bad I just go to bed!!

We've all been there your not alone!!  Hope these suggestions help!!  Good luck!

Thanks, I've been thinking about this, last week, and early the week before I was sick with a virus, but couldn't rest because we were camping, and traveling around central Oz. So I think in my case your right it is about over being over tired, and not eating very well the week before. This week will be better.
