Hi there,

Those of you who are regulars will note that I come onto the forum, post once and then don't return for a long time, only to come back again and leave again. Usually this is because I have not managed to stick with the program. However, in recent weeks I have been going through what one might call a bit of a transformation - emotionally, that is, the body will be following suit shortly!! I now am feeling quite strong and determined to stick to TF. Of everything I have tried, I believe in it the most.

So, I started today - got everything I needed first thing so I am giving myself the best possible chance. I can't find my cook book, but will get recipes off the forum.

I am off to the gold coast in 8 weeks and hope to lose at least 8kgs in that time, which will put me below 100, which I haven't been in about three years. I have 35kgs to lose, but I will be content at this point with being below 100 - kind of a mental barrier thing.

Anyway, just checking in to say hi - Again!

I find that the forum is a brilliant support base. I'm on the forums for a lot of the day floating around and I've found that it's such a great place to get a lift when I'm having a bad day. So please, come in at least once a day and say hi! It'll definately help you to stay motivated and continue on

RESTART 2 shakes a day plan on Monday the 12th October 2009
starting weigh 104kg
1st weigh in Monday the 19/10 = 100kg- lost 4kg
2nd weigh in Monday the 26/10 = 99kg - lost 1 kg

3rd weigh in Monday the 2/11 = 100kg - gain 1 kg

4th weigh in Monday the 9/11 = 99kg - lost 1kg

5th weigh in Monday the 16/11 = 98kg-lost 1kg

6th weigh in  Monday the 23/11 = 97kg - lost 1kg

7th weigh in Monday 30/11 = 97kg- nil loss

8th weigh in Monday 7/12 = 96kg - lost 1 kg

Fallen hard off the wagon, trying again after xmas


Goal = to lose another 12 kgs (to bring total to 20kgs) before starting ivf again in March 2010

Weighing 97.5kg (scales at home)
1st weigh in 18/9 - 94kg - lost 3.5kg
2nd weigh in 25/9 - 92.5 - lost 1.5kg
3rd weigh in 2/10 - 91 - lost 1.5kg
7th weigh in 30/10 - 87 - lost 2kg
8th weigh in 6/11 - 86 - lost 1kg
9th weigh in 13/11 - 85 - lost 1kg
16th weigh in 1/1 - 84 Gain of 2kg
17th weigh in 8/1 - 81 lost 3kg
18th weigh in 15/1 - 79.5 lost 1.5kg
19th weigh in 22/1 - 78.5 lost 1kg
26th weigh in 12/3 - 75 gain 500 gms
27th weigh in 19/3 - 73.5 lost 1.5kg
28th weigh in 30/3 73.5 nil loss
