I have had a couple of the McDonalds heart tick wrap meals that come with the seared chicken wrap and a graden sald with dressing and a 600ml bottle of water. Are these ok?

Whilst the tick meals arent bad....I think the wraps are wheat wraps so the GI is going to be high and also high in carbohydrates...if you are on the weightloss plan I would think they are a no no....but if thats all you couldve eaten at the time, its better than a burger.

Hmmm I am looking at the nutirtional value of the Deli Choice wraps and geepers some have more calories and carbs than a cheeseburger....I was thinking of the Snack wraps.....

Wow, thanks for that. I can see a Big Mac has less carbs. Just shows you cant believe all the advertising.

Mmhmmm definately....I was shocked with Subway with the 6g fat or less....there rolls are high in sugar and the carbs are massive....a 6inch is more than a burger as well.  I dont think subway make the low carb wraps anymore...though dont quote me on that.  Salads all the way.......
