| 10kg in 59 days. Perhaps an extremely difficult task but hey, who said life (and subsequently weight loss) was going to be easy. The aim is to lose 10kg or get as close as you possibly can to losing the 10kg by Christmas Day. What a present that would be!! Who's up for it?? Last date for first loss details is 3/11/09. | Mine are on Mondays, so thats 8 and a bit weeks til Xmas....if I put my mind to it...and my body is behaving itself and burning fat...10kg in 8 weeks can be achievable. Wooot lets do it!!!

I am In!! I recently started TF Again after falling off and putting on 5kgs. Had my weight in today and i have lost the wieght i put on and would like to lose 10 or near there by Christmas.. Good luck  I LOVE CHRISTMAS

Woohooo count me in on the Christmas challange!! Will be a nice present for all the family I havnt seen in a while!! We are having a big family picnic on the foreshore so would love to wear a pretty flirty summer dress!
My first weight in is the 28th so I'm excited!!!

| Fantastic to have you all on board. FYI I have switched the lunch and dinner items from the little pink book so I have my protein serve and salad at lunch and then have a shake at dinner with a vegetable soup I made from the allowed vegetables...no particular recipe just throw it all in a pot with some curry, chilli and garlic - puree then refrigerate. So far seems to be working for me. Absolutely can't wait to see how we all go each week. So excited. Feel like going and putting on some 80's music (showing my age ) and having a little dance and seeing if I can jiggle a few more grams off today!!
