Next month is my birthday...and we are going out for tea and then on to a comedy club. We are going to a chinese place(it's my fav). I always have the same which is beef in black bean sauce. I know this is naughty and im feeling guilty already, but it is my birthday so should i treat myself and have it? I thought If I have no treats that week it might help a bit...what do you think?

I would say enjoy yourself on your birthday, and just start back on it the very next day. Maybe even on the day your going our for dinner, for go the shake at lunch and just have veggies.

Maybe serve up what you want to eat on a smaller plate or something to reduce the portion size.

But most importantly have a great time!!!

Hey rosey

Are you able to ring up in advance and tell them what you like? if so, perhaps you could tell them to add more allowed  veges on your plate.

YOu could always do heap of exercise before and after to help burn off anything you do eat/drink that you autent, but hey, birthdays only come once a year, so if your really really good leading up to it and after it, i am sure you will be fine
