Eve I have said it before and I will say it again - not all programs are for everyone. We all know how well TF works, we have all had success with it, that is why we stay on the forum because the advice and online friendships are what helps keep us from really going over the edge - hang in there. Even if you are not doing TF, this is still a great place to just come to chat with others who really do know how we feel - we all have the same emotions and thoughts about our weight and what to do about it.

Have you tried just eating less - limiting your intake of food to smaller portion sizes and removing all junk food from the house (if there are no biscuits in the jar, we can't eat them now can we)... For example a small serve of protein and carbs for breaky (egg on toast or a protein fortified cereal like museli and yoghurt), fruit or boiled egg or small tin of tuna as a snack and a sandwich with meat and salad for lunch or leave out the bread and just have chicken salad. Make sure you have a small snack (10 almonds or some celery and hummus) in the afternoon and lean meat and veg/salad for dinner. Have an evening snack of ricotta (1/4 cup) mixed with blueberries and a little sugar free maple syrup or artificial sweetener as a dessert. There is a great lemon ricotta cheesecake mix I have somewhere and it is so easy and really low in calories, carbs and fat.

The best thing about this forum is that you can come in say what is bothering you and you will end up with at least a few ideas on how to get going again.

Hang in there
