The good thing is am feeling much better this week so am making the most of it & i am thinking about asking to only work 4 days a week for a while to see if that helps.

I also went & bought those 30 plus vitamins someone mentioned so i'll star taking them to see if it helps...certainly can't hurt right

Hi all so visited drs today & he says my estrogen levels are extremely low, also my white blood cells are low , so i have to go & see a specialist to see what is going on dr says symptoms don 't seem to match & I am a mystery LOL

Kate really glad your tests showed something that you can now work on.  As for your Dr saying the symptoms don't match low estrogen - this thread itself proves that is so untrue.  They are totally common symptoms for hormonal imbalance, and we're not Drs lol.

Not sure why you need to see a specialist, if they already know you're low (I'd be thinking, there's your answer right there lol).  But still, do what you feel is right, the 30Plus may assist although you may need bio-idential estrogen to match your missing levels.  Your specialist will advise on what they think will assist you.
