Tried this one out tonight for tea
Really easy to make, smells devine as it cooks!
I didn't have any lemongrass, so I used lemon rind instead. I didnt add any fish sauce (ew ) and I forgot to put the lime juice in!
The recipe states 2 small red chilli's, I recommend only 1 as it was very spicy, I was sweating!
I am really full now, the meat balls ("dumplings") are really nice and would be great on their own with dipping sauces (they are just chicken mince, garlic and fresh coriander). Other than the extreme spice, it was perfect!

Has anyone else tried it? What did you think?

Hi Aussie,

I tried this last night for dinner, I made it with turkey mince instead and it really was lovely!

A word of warning though to anyone else who is interested in trying this one - unless you really LOVE your chilli - only put 1 in - I didn't listen to aussie's advice and put the 2 in - nearly blew my socks off!!

The flavours were lovely (once I got past the chilli), and it was a very enjoyable dinner.  and tonight the kids are having the turkey meatballs for dinner (the one's I didn't put in the chilli soup)!

I've heard that chilli makes your metabolism go faster - perhaps I should have this every night - lol!
