Hey emi

a lot of us have our shake/soup/munch bar around 3-3.30pm instead of having it for lunch.  We just have our salad, or stirfry or whatever at lunchtime.  But you know you dont have to have your shakes/soups/munchbars for just breaky and lunch, you can have them any time during the day, and you can mix up your meals  - so if you feel you need to have your main meal for lunch or breaky instead, then go for it. Just have your tf in place of the other meals

You can also eat as much jelly as you like, and theres a heap of things you can use that are your free foods.  its the weekend, so make up some vege patties and cut up veges and put them in the fridge (remember if you cut up celery to put it in water in the fridge so it wont go limp), make up some dips and have them on hand -- theres heaps and heaps of things in the receipe section.

Also dont forget to take your fibre, and also your chromium as that will help also

Are you eating sugarfree lollies? Lots of Jelly/soft drink? Or anything else with lots of artificial sweetner in?
That's well known to make your stomach make weird noises, and if you have too much more - you'll make *other* noises too...

Sorry to hear you're tummy is playing up. I had to completely cut out jellies, fizzy drinks and DD lollies - they started off causing my tummy to gurgle, but then I started having very painful abdominal cramps. Not fun. So, although I miss the easy TF friendly solution to a sweet treat, I don't miss the pain they caused.

Hiya

My tummy 'felt' fine, but I was constantly constipated which wasn't good.

Warm water and lemon juice helped me heaps.
