Hi there! You don't need to worry, you can keep dinner simple -- some grilled chicken breast and a side of veges is fine, or a steak with a side of salad, there is even a list of TF approved pasta sauces you can buy, instead of having yours with pasta, have it over veges Even a stirfry is fairly easy to prepare. There are plenty of simple options you can go with, it doesn't need to be fancy at all!

| I'm a firm believer in planning meals for the week and then shopping according to that. For me it makes it easy to look at the list on the fridge and say "ok, it's Tuesday, we're having pork". Also my crockpot/slowcooker is my best friend when I'm working. I throw a lump of meat in there on low at 7am and then when I come home all I have to do is the veges. If I'm super organised I cut and peel them the night before, and one day when I was SUPER super organised I cut and peeled them and preprogrammed the oven to cook them to be ready at 6pm! That was amazing - but not all ovens can do it I think you're amazing starting this journey the same day you go back to work -that's a huge double whammy so be kind to yourself and make sure you find some time on the weekend for a treat for YOU - a bubble bath or sit and do your toenails in bright pink or something! And remember, it's just one day at a time, and sometimes one meal at a time, and sometimes one HOUR at a time!

| Dear Gemmaphant, Welcome to the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program. We wish you all the best on your weightloss journey. May I suggest that on your next visit to the pharmacy ask Jenna about the Weight Loss for Food Lovers Book, it is $29.95 and the book helps us understand our minds and why we sabotage our weightloss. If you have any questions regarding the program or need further support, please contact our Customer Support Centre on 1800 612 644.

WELCOME! Now, I am a busy student and I have the exact same problems as you, I just dont have time to be messing around with food processors and condiments... So, I just have a simple protein and salad or protein and steamed veges instead. THEN (To stop my naughty food cravings) I absolutely LOAD up on jelly, until I think the stuff is going to come out my nose. And I never, ever get hungry.
