| Hi got a friend whos on tf, and really really is missing the CRUNCH factor, she doesnt want any more salads, or stirfry sooooo has anyone got any crunchy food receipes they can share please

| Well if they haven't used their treats for the week they can take a TF wrap, break it into pieces and lightly toast it under the griller. I spray a bit of olive oil and sprinkle some paprika or cinnamon (whatever I'm feeling like) and then it comes out like crispy chippy type things. There are heaps of TF dip recipes here so they can dip the 'TF chips' into some dip and feal really naughty when they aren't!  Tell them good luck!
