I read, and re-read all the struggles & unhappiness that gets put into this forum by reading the "recent posts" and think if we all put in something that we are thankful for each day we would all be a lot happier.

It's easy to get depressed when you are trying to lose weight and either not being successful or finding it a struggle.

So - here goes

I'm thankful that the sun is shining, the birds are singing & I have all my family around me.

You all have something that makes you happy other than chocolate

First 9 Weeks on TF: Lost 11.6 kgs

Never made my goal

5 Months later: Gained 3.1 kgs

Week One: Back on the Tony Pony with a loss of 2.8 Kilos
Week Two: A loss of 1.4 Kilos

Here to enjoy life and a new lifestyle 

1st mini goal - lose 5kgs by 10th November

Reward for reaching 5kgs - Get my nails done

2nd mini goal - lose another 5kgs by 10th December

Reward for reaching 10kgs - Get my hair done

Final goal - 11.3kgs by 29th December

Reward for final goal - new outfit
